On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, we will be open but have shortened hours; we will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. **We will also be CLOSED on January 2nd*** Here are the details:

New Fabrics from Dear Stella

We just received two new lines of fabrics from brand-new fabric company Dear Stella! This first one is called J’adore, and is a fun take on all things French.

New Class! Learn to Make a T-Shirt Quilt

This Sunday, Dec 11, Lori will be teaching a t-shirt quilt class. Bring your sewing machine, quilting supplies (thread, scissors, rotary cutter etc) and 30 or so t-shirts, and Lori will walk you through all the steps needed to put together a beautiful and well-made t-shirt quilt! You can pick up backing/binding fabric on class day here at the shop, as well as the stabilizer you will need for the t-shirts. You will not complete the quilt during class, but you will make good progress and walk away knowing exactly how to complete it.

When: Sunday Dec 11, 10am-4pm
Where: Guildcrafters quilt shop
Fee: $35

Cindy will walk you through every step in making this cute ruffled tote. A new simplistic handle and pockets inside and out make this adorable tote impossible to resist! And what a perfect time of year- everyone loves a handmade holiday gift. Class Fee $35

CASH & CARRY
Monday, December 12, 2011, 6-8 pm

During this short and sweet evening class, Cindy will help you make this pair of handy pouches- perfect for carrying money, credit cards, pens and pencils or even your cell phone. A very easy zipper will help you sew these pouches together in a flash. They also make excellent stocking stuffers and are fun and easy to put together. Class fee $15.
